Offering visionary designs for the new era -- and all of the seasons therein
The story of The Song of an Emerald Dove follows modern American women — priestesses in the Craft — as they attempt to answer
the call of their Goddess to save the world and all they love. Truth be told, Emerald Dove was written to enable a covert group of
women to share their actual experiences and heart-felt concerns about the advancing destructive course of our treatment of the
planet and each other! The further truth is that this work — and this need — has no national boundaries.
The "messages" initially told the women that Mother Earth has been imperiled and is trying to ask for help and that this task would
take longer than they had ever worked Her will in the past, and they had accepted that guidance. These women then devoted
themselves to the puzzle that was laid before them by the sentient Earth, as they strove to save all they love from a prophesied
doomsday. The messages were real. The women were willing participants. But could they decipher the puzzle and act in time? Could
they act both locally and magically to make a difference? Those were the questions I was compelled to lay before women everywhere. They are the
reason that I sought the backing of these true-life heroines to write the manuscript and distribute their story. I continue to be pleased that
the messages in Dove are contributing to a groundswell movement among women who share my concern for the health and survival of the planet.
In this visionary tale,
the women were told to "wear my sign as a banner in the wind so that others will take your hand and join you."
As a result I joined with jewelry designer and fellow-traveler Fran Davis to create a line of products that can be worn or displayed to announce to
others of like mind that we share a common bond. Our first collaborative designs were based on the images found in Dove.

If you wish to join us and share your own experiences, please contact me. In order to create a forum for all of the women who have read and responded to the story in Dove, the on-going story of us all, I have created a Yahoo Group. Its membership is covert and its existence relatively well-hidden.
Or you may wish to join in the exchange on my FaceBook fan page. The Song of an Emerald Dove is available from Verd'amore so that you, too, can be inspired and empowered.
